PICK-UP & DELIVERY

Orders may be picked up or delivered from our warehouse Tuesday - Thursday 2 pm to 6 pm and Friday 1 pm to 5 pm. If an in stock/on hand order is placed by 12 pm MST it is able to be picked up on the SAME business day! Orders placed after 6 pm MST can be picked up the following business day! You will receive an email once your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up. Orders will be held for 60 days. If your order is not picked up within 60 days, you will be issued store credit to your email. To book & check for pickup or delivery availability visit our booking service here. Local delivery rate of $4 with minimum order of $20. Pickup is always FREE!

 

US STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING

Allow up to 3-5 business days for processing. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3-10 business days. Make sure you are shipping to a correct location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. 

 

USPS Retail Ground Flat Rate: 

• Small to Medium Flat Rate– $10
• Medium to Large Flat Rate– $16

• 3 BUSINESS DAYS

You may upgrade to 3 Day Shipping for a flat rate of $15.

• 2 BUSINESS DAYS

You may upgrade to 2 Day Shipping for a flat rate of $25.

• 1 BUSINESS DAY

You may upgrade to 1 Day Shipping for a flat rate of $35.

USPS Priority Flat Rate:

Tier Levels:

• Level 1 - US Standard Ground Shipping is free on all orders $99+
• Level 2 &3 - US Standard Ground Shipping is free on all orders $75+
• Level 4 - US Standard Ground Shipping is free on all orders $50+

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently do not ship to international addresses, APO, FPO, or DPO locations.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $7.95 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address. If the invoice is not paid within 5 business days, you will receive store credit for your items.

 

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Shipping protection of $2 is offered during checkout to protect packages from being lost, damaged, or stolen.

We pack with care, but once items are shipped, they are in the carrier’s hands. If your package is damaged or missing, contact customer support here within 3 business days, if applicable keep all packaging for review. Include on the subject line "ORDERISSUE@WSB" with your full name, invoice and order number a description, and photos of the damaged or missing item(s). Do not discard the item or packaging. Once your request is issued, return the item and packaging by mail or drop-off. Refunds (minus shipping) will be processed within 7 business days of item receipt. 

If the item (s) is still available, we will send out a replacement free of charge. If the item (s) is not available, we will issue store credit. If shipping protection is not selected at checkout, please contact your carrier for any package/shipping issues.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are quickly processed and sent from our place of business in Utah within 3-5 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place your order. Please note that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekend delivery, or delays due to major holidays. Holidays may cause a slight delay in packages being delivered.
