How does the reward teir work?

Your reward teir is based on your annual spending with us! 

Level 1 up to $250 per year

Level 2- $251 to $500 per year

Level 3- $501 to $700 per year

Level 4- $701 to $1,000+ per year

How do points work and how do I earn them?

                Points Earned                      

Level 1    Earn 1 point per $1 spent       

Level 2    Earn 2 points per $1 spent        

Level 3    Earn 3 points per $1 spent       

Level 4    Unlock Influencer Status and recieve VIP access to exclusive perks!

How do I redeem points on products?

Redeem points for exclusive merch or in-store credit that can’t be purchased online. You can only redeem 1 free product per order, and cannot be purchased online. Free products cannot be redeemed in conjuction with a discount code.

1,000 points      $15 in-store credit

Do points expire?

Yes, Points expire 3 months after they’re issued! 

How do I receive the birthday reward?

On your birthday, we will send you a special discount code via email which is valid for 30 days from your birthday on any order over $50. Apply your birthday discount code on the checkout page.

How do I receive free shipping?

Free shipping will be applied at checkout - just remember to make sure you’re signed in - you'll need to use a discount code! 

  • Level 1 member get free standard shipping for orders $99+
  • Level 2 & 3 members get free standard shipping for order $75+
  • Level 4 members get free standard shipping for orders $60+ 

What happens if I ask for a Return?

I earned tier points with my last purchase, but I want to return it. What will happen to my points earned?

That depends on the type of return.

  • If you receive a store credit for your return you will keep the points acquired but will not earn points when you use the store credit on a new order.
  • If you return for a refund, the amount you get refunded will be deducted from your overall tier spend, and the points earned from this order will be removed from your account.

How do I join Loyalty Rewards?

Already a member? Simply, sign in HERE to access the Loyalty Rewards member portal.

Ensure you are signed up to receive as we will be sending lots of perks directly to your inbox. You can sign up to our emails HERE. 

Where do I find my rewards account information, like order history?

When you login to your account you will be able to view your Loyalty Reward history, under credit notes on your order receipt. 

I signed up during the old program. Do I need to sign up again?

Nope! Your account has remained with no further action required.

Will I receive points for purchases made prior to signing up?

No. Unfortunately, we cannot backdate points. Be sure to log in for all future purchases to earn points and level up!

Can I combined emails or accounts?

Unfortunately, no, we are unable to merge accounts or emails.
