How do I join Loyalty Rewards?

Already a member? Simply, sign in HERE to access the Loyalty Rewards member portal.

Ensure you are signed up to receive as we will be sending lots of perks directly to your inbox. You can sign up to our emails HERE. 

How do the teirs work?

Your reward teir is based on your annual spending with us! 

Level 1- up to $250 per year

Level 2- $251 to $500 per year

Level 3- $501 to $700 per year

Level 4- $701 to $1,000+ per year

Where do I find my rewards account information, like order history?

When you login to your account you will be able to view your Loyalty Reward history, under credit notes on your order receipt. 

I signed up during the old program. Do I need to sign up again?

Nope! Your account has remained with no further action required.

Can I combined emails or accounts?

Unfortunately, no, we are unable to merge accounts or emails.

Returns: I earned a tier points with my last purchase, but I want to return it. What will happen to my status or tickets earned?

That depends on the type of return.

If you return for a refund, the amount you get refunded will be deducted from your overall tier spend, and the points earned from this order will be removed from your account.

If you receive a store credit for your return you will keep the points acquired but will not earn points when you use the store credit on a new order.

REWARDS, POINTS & REDEEMING PRODUCT

How do points work and How do I earn them?

All members can earn points when you spend over $50—plus bonus points when you hit Level 2 and Level 3. 

How it works:

  • $50 = 1 point per $1 
  • Example: $50 = 1 point, $100 = 2 points, $150 = 3 points, etc.

You can use these points to redeem products for some AMAZING merch that can’t be bought online!

How do I redeem points on products?

You can only redeem 1 free product per order, and it must be redeemed with a purchase. These free products cannot be redeemed in conjunction with a discount code.

Do points expire?

Yes, points have to be redeemed within 3 months of issue. We’re updating the merch regularly so you can stay tuned for more exciting gifts!

I’m on Level 3 or 4. How do I get free shipping?

As a Level 3 or 4 member your free shipping will be applied at checkout - just remember to make sure you’re signed in - you'll need to use a VIP discount code!

  • Level 2 & 3 members get free standard shipping for order $75+
  • Level 4 members get free standard shipping for orders $50+ 

Ensure you use the free option VIP discount code at the time of checkout.

How do I get the birthday reward?

On your birthday, we will send you a special discount code via email which is valid for 30 days from your birthday on any order over $50.

Apply your birthday discount code on the checkout page.

Will I receive points for purchases made prior to signing up?

No. Unfortunately, we cannot backdate points. Be sure to log in for all future purchases to earn points and level up!
